Hola, I'm Holly!
I am Holly Finucan your Healing coach and Reiki Master, and also a single mama to a beautiful daughter, Lexi. Throughout the course of my life, I have experienced several traumatic situations. Although many might look at this as a weakness, I have used it as a motivation to upgrade my life. With this, I have created Upgrade Your Life Academy to help others overcome their own trauma to start living their best life. While I suffered through depression, suicide, postpartum psychosis and toxic relationships, I only wish I had something like this to help me through the darkest times in my life. My only hope is that I can help those who may be suffering too.
